 The Cyprus Automobile Association, the Karting Committee, and the Organizing Committee of the 2024 Pancyprian Karting Championship (hereinafter “we” or “Committee” or “organizer”), is committed to protecting the privacy and handling personal data that it maintains with you. It undertakes to collect and process this personal data in full compliance with the General Regulation of the EU and the applicable legislation in Cyprus, which governs the collection and processing of Individual Personal Data.

 Photography and Videography: I agree to be photographed and videotaped myself or my child (if under 18 years of age), to post and publish photographic material and / or video in printed material or electronic material or on websites or in social media or other carriers. All or part of this material is the property of the Commission and I have no objection to its assessment as it sees fit.

 Collection of Personal Data: It is done directly by you or your parents / guardians and through third parties, in the course of the work we carry out, to provide you with the services you have requested.

 Collection Media: Information you use when you fill out forms, information you enter when you sign up for a Program, records and copies of your correspondence and email addresses.

 Disclosure of your Personal Data: We do not share your Personal Information with third parties, except with partners and/or affiliated companies with the Commission, Cyprus Automobile Association, ETHEA. ETHEA judges, legal advisors, software support companies, etc. We also disclose your Personal Data to other third parties, including official authorities, courts or other public bodies. Also, to enforce or exercise our legal rights, to defend against legal claims, to comply with applicable law, or to cooperate with law enforcement, governmental or regulatory agencies.

 In all cases, we may raise or waive any legal objection or right available to us, in our sole discretion.

 We may share, disclose, transfer and process aggregated information, and information that does not identify any individual, without limitation with third parties inside and outside of your country of residence.

 How we store your Personal Data: The information we collect about you, including Personal Information, is securely stored and processed both inside and outside of your country of residence.

 Retention of Personal Data: The retention period of your Personal Data necessary for compliance and legal enforcement purposes varies and depends on the nature of our legal obligations and requirements in each individual case.

 Subject to the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights regarding your Personal Data: Please note that these rights are not absolute and, in some cases, subject to conditions as defined by law: Right of Access, Right of Rectification, Right of Erasure if the Personal Data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or processed.

 Changes to the Privacy Policy: We may modify or revise the committee’s policy from time to time.
